Something we often forget to enjoy, especially during the summer when we are on holiday and benefiting from a well deserved break, is satisfaction!

It is important that we take time to enjoy our success in life and reflect on what we have achieved. Being satisfied is a wonderful sensation and unless we take the time to appreciate it, we do not fully understand how satisfaction enriches our lives.

To be truly satisfied what do we need to do? Perhaps we should always remember to do the right thing and do our best. How do we know what is the right thing to do? We need to follow our heads and our hearts, and take counsel from those amongst us more experienced in such matters - such as our managers and families. It is easy really, we need to impart our knowledge and experience to others and we need to assist others with our kindness and generosity.

We need to enjoy the satisfaction of accomplishing a small task at work, helping a colleague to understand and resolve a difficult problem, spending time with our friends and families, basically enjoy ourselves and take the time to be satisfied about this accomplishment!
